Justice of the Arbiter Cedric Paul Harriott

The jarringly gritty tale of a mysterious artifact's power bound to the collective pain of African people worldwide and the journey of the young black college graduate that "found" it.

It is full of true historical context, stories, and moments mixed artfully and creatively with fantasy elements without the reader knowing which is which.

From the mind of Cedric Paul Harriott, "Justice of the Arbiter: Our Story Ends with Freedom" is the first story arc that sets the foundation for an entire universe of planned novels.
