Starting in 1986 while in college, Tim Ritter began writing poems and short stories which chronicled events in his life. Honest, poignant, and at times jarring writings filled the pages of his journals as he spent the next three decades pouring out his soul through his pen, exploring such subjects as love, marriage, divorce, death, depression, and sexuality. His short stories touch upon a variety of subjects, from childhood memories of a first crush, to facing a bully, to a humorous account of the first date with his wife.
