Todd Fine is the CEO at Wintellect, a nationally recognized consulting and training firm dedicated to helping companies build better software and cloud solutions, faster. Todd is also the Microsoft Regional Director for Atlanta and works extensively with Microsoft and CXO-level executives in various forums and capacities. Prior to Wintellect, Todd worked as Managing Director at RDA Corporation; Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab's Tactical Electronic Warfare Division, where he led the software design of radar receiver systems; and in experimental physics at the University of Maryland's Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing more than half a dozen scientific papers. Todd has a B. S. in Electrical Engineering, a Master's in Electrophysics, and an M. B. A. with a specialization in Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship.
