Several Western nations, including the United States and Israel, petitioned the United Nations for sanctions against Iran. They claimed that Iran had acquired the technology to manufacture nuclear weapons and that they were doing so in secret at their new state-of-the-art top-secret research facility a few kilometers outside of Iranshahr. Iran. Plagued with conflicting intelligence reports from an outside intelligence source about a new terrorist organization known as Red Cell. The president reaches out to Strike Force Delta for help in gathering intelligence on the Red Cell threat. Follow Strike Force Delta as they investigate Red Cell and discover that several key members of Red Cell have connections to the White House.
