The Trouble with Andre Zirakbash Farnaz

Cute, curly, and playful -- you'd think a little dog like André would lead a charmed life. But when he barks, his owners get cross and treat him roughly. And when he breaks a leg, they offer him for sale.

André's luck turns, and he finds a new mum who loves and cares for him. But one day, André gets sick and the vet says he has diabetes. No more sweet treats for André -- instead, a daily injection of insulin to keep him healthy.

A charming children's book for children and families with sick pets or children with diabetes. This true story shows the magic of love--how it can transform the lives of humans and animals alike and help us to live with difficulty and illness. With his health well cared for, André can run, play and smile, and bring joy to the one who loves him.
