The apocalypse has arrived in a tsunami of teeth and clawing hands as a virulent plague causes those it infects to become ravenous monsters that hunger for flesh. At the beginning of the epidemic, siblings Andy, Vicki, Phil, and Jim Gibson are scattered across the United States, separated by hundreds of miles.
