Grainne Quinlan

The Greenhouse Grainne Quinlan

From the outside, Allie’s house is unremarkable, but inside, it’s a jungle. Greenery crowds every room, lines every shelf, sprouts from every corner. Homeschooled, and without any friends her own age, every day is the same for Allie – just her and Mum and the plants. Until she meets a boy called Joe and stumbles across a rare sky-blue orchid. Suddenly Allie’s small, quiet, green world opens up into something much wider, wilder and brighter, but can she embrace it all without leaving her mum behind?
