A Year of Making and Learning celebrates twenty real life examples of learner-centred activities from fifteen countries. A diverse community of twenty-four educators share how exceptional learner-centred experiences can be designed by incorporating the creative elements of making in various contexts, ranging from primary to tertiary education, and across formal, non-formal, and informal learning environments. The educators discuss the technologies and strategies they used so that everyone can design learner-centred activities that create opportunities for deeper learning and empower learners to develop key skills to benefit themselves, local communities and the global economy.
