It's not always fun at the (food) fair!




Discovering a body at Audley Castle's prestigious annual food fair is the last thing I expect when I volunteer at the castle's information stand. And I'm shocked when I learn the death wasn't accidental.




I should be focused on perfecting my entry for the baking contest, but my curious nature means I can't resist asking questions about how a pie slicer got stuck in a man's back!




As I investigate the victim's life (and death) I learn about his shady business dealings. Could that be the reason he was killed? Or does the presence of an ex-girlfriend have something to do with it?
