This is a book about turning inwards. Happiness is our nature and searching for happiness is everyone's main desire. We know happiness is inside us and in our search to find it we have turned away from religion and more towards psychology. But psychology is limited to the study of thinking and behaviour and because psychology is based on thought, it cannot look beyond thought at consciousness. There is no single formula which works best for turning inwards but whichever path we choose, once inside, all paths merge and the final path is always the same.
