My Life Mike Forde

Mr Michael James Forde lived in Sierra Leone, West Africa from 1900 to 1999. After his 80th Birthday he wrote a book entitled My Life which he printed and distributed to his family and friends.

Sadly, the book was never published with an ISBN and this is an attempt by his son, Winston Forde, a published author to put that right belatedly at his own eightieth birthday. His late Father hereby becomes a published author in his own rights and the reader is given the opportunity to read his amazing tale of resilience, immense faith and fortitude whilst serving as a civil servant in Colonial Sierra Leone.

The editor has added a delayed Epilogue to breach the gap between the original book and the Twenty years that followed before the eventual passing of the departed Author.
