Tristan loved his job as a lumberjack. Actually, he worked for a lumber company, but he loved the old ways of cutting timber, and he was good at it. So good, he was asked to go on a lumberjack reality show. It was tough work. Not the actual competition, but the lack of conveniences that the show put him through. Cold showers, secluded from other human beings, not shaving or haircuts, and no women. When the competition was over, he headed back to civilization only to be turned down by the first girl he wanted to buy a drink for. Yeah, she took one look at his gruff appearance and completely dissed him. He hadn't been able to cut his hair or shave his Grizzly Adam's beard off because he needed to return for the finale and a make-over show. Adrianna was devastated when she found out her husband had been cheating on her. She'd been completely clueless to his infidelities. He traveled the world over and, from time to time, she'd meet up with him, all the while, not knowing he was two-timing her. After the divorce was final, she took a vacation to a secluded town in Alaska. She needed time to get her thoughts in place. To forget about her jerk of an ex-husband. However, mother nature was not kind to her...nor was the airport. Her luggage had been lost and a snowstorm plagued the land. She couldn't even make it to her cabin. She'd tripped and fell, face first, into the snow, fifty feet from her cabin. Tristan couldn't believe his luck. The woman who had snubbed him was in his cabin, warming up after taking a head dive into a snowbank outside his cabin. Adrianna was instantly attracted to the hunk of a man who rescued her from the cold snow. Tristan knew he should stay far away from this woman. Will their chemistry heat up? Will Adrianna recognize the man in front of her? Can they sort out all their issues or be left out in the cold?
