When I wrote A Teddy Bear's Promise for my eight-year-old granddaughter, I wanted to touch her heart. I tried to give life to her new and very large Teddy Bear, creating a best friend she will have for years. When her tears flowed while reading the promise, I knew I had touched her heart. My novels were written at a time when I needed to write them for me. This book is written for you. I selected about forty stories. Some are flash fiction and others were short stories which I felt should be included. Some of the stories might make you smile, and one or two might just bring tears to your eyes. I wrote these stories, and some still bring tears to my eyes. Life is short. You need to give thanks for having a life. Unfortunately, some people are never born. I give thanks for the people who have come into my life; some are close friends, and some others are the loves of my life. If one or more of these stories touches your heart, it will mean I accomplished what I hoped for. I hope you enjoy life even more.
