Our unconscious beliefs, hidden desires and emotions. It represents our fears and worries and our ability to feel, learn lessons from our past and traumatic experiences. It gives us strength to embrace our suffering and create happiness. Moonlight meditation allows you to dive deep into your own soul and find yourself, find your peace.
