Getting away from London is so easy, whether by car, motorbike, train or coach, you can be on a beach, in a cathedral or castle or in a shopping centre equally as good as any you can find. If you are after peace, serenity, excitement or adventure, everything is there within say a three hour trip from London town. Seek theses places out, example Stratford for Shakespearian atmosphere, Oxford or Cambridge for those dreamy towers of learning, Brighton for all the fun of the seaside. Rochester for its ancient high street and a magnificent Castle and 11th century Cathedral, likewise Canterbury for where famous saints were martyred. Nearby Margate for its soft sandy beach but more importantly for its world renowned art gallery. Its all yours for the taking and sightseeing. Enjoy England, it beckons!
