Alexandra is an enlightened new-born, she had the awareness since the passing of her mother when she was only seven days old. Alex faced many adversities in the hands of her stepmother. She ran away from home not wanting to get married at the age of eighteen and to fulfil her calling. Being abandoned by all walks of life on the streets of Parramatta, Alex suffered mental illnesses. She later becomes a nurse who felt the pain of her patients. Alexandra's divine existence begins to unravel when she was called to the scene of a critically traumatised patient's failed resuscitation at the Hospital's emergency department. Her supernatural abilities came to the rescue as she woke this patient, who later becomes her greatest adversary.
