A from the heart work of my passion for helping people to better themselves and in the process, their own lives. Using plain language and written to feel more like a conversation, this if the first of many works of love to come. Using lessons from my own life as well as from the lives of others who have achieved success and balance before me. I truly believe the feel of this book is going to be unlike anything you have every read before. And if you have never picked up any personal growth books, allow me to say thank you for choosing this one first. It is indeed an honor to help you transform your life. It has taken me far longer to come to this point in my life than I would like to admit. Which is why I wrote this, to help others to be able to improve thier lives, rather than making thier lives more difficult, by repeating mistakes over and over again. The principals that I have laid out in this, are the same ones that I have used to alter the course of my own life, and that others before me used to change theirs as well. Inspired by a conversation that I overheard, and politely injected myself in to. Which many would consider to be rude behavior. At the end of the conversation it became clear to the individuals whom I spoke to, that their situation in life was of their own creation. Being such, it could be changed for the better. It is my belief, and the belief of many others, that each individual has the capacity to improve their life with the power of their own mind, control of emotion, positive thoughts, gratitude, among other things. No person is cursed or assigned a bad life, unless they bring it upon themselves, by choosing to continue to stay in a particular environment or situation.
