The earth was destroyed ... and has been reborn. In the new world, humans are no longer alone. Powerful beings called middle-ings, protect her and all her creations. Guided by a strict code to protect the Earth, the middle-ings strive to maintain peace and harmony. Despite their best efforts however, humans once again, begin a path towards the destruction of the Earth's environment. Sesom, the son of Semaj and Yarm, was born in a small town, unaware of the growing conflict that surrounds him. As he grapples with his relationship between the humans and the middle-ings, he becomes increasingly unsure of who to trust and his place in the world. With the aim to protect the Earth, a secret group has formed, led by a powerful woman.
