This second poetry collection evolved in 2019 during one of the darkest periods of this century. In the blink of an eye, a mutation called Coronavirus, created mayhem, panic and resulted in worldwide mass casualties.
Bloom's poems materialized while grappling with the how's and why's of these surreal events and in processing how overnight, a deadly virus could hold the world captive.
I pray the poems, in Bloom, can transform the readers darkness into light, sadness into joy, confusion into clarity, anger into forgiveness and gloom into hope.
I challenge the reader, to get not only, their house, their family, their life calling, their time, their marriage, their heart, but most importantly, their soul in order.
I define living as a phenomenon where souls vacillate through their visions, dreams and organic intentions with clarity and butterfly love. I hope the poems in Bloom motivate the reader to stop existing and start living with mindfulness, peace and purpose.
