Grit, Grace & Gratitude is Lisa's first book as she explores her vision and mission to bring mental health and self-care to the forefront of our society. Lisa very gently shares the pain and intensity she experienced as she stood by her husband as he struggled with depression, addiction and the unknown mental health conditions causing him to spiral out of control. It is an all too common story in our communities today, people losing their battle with mental health and the confusion their illness leaves behind.
