It's a charity golf outing in Green Bay, WI. Entry fees go to a good cause. This golf match has such unique golf contests as hitting a fake wooden cow in the middle of the fairway - all in good fun. Jello shots and margarita drinks are featured libations at the tee boxes. They are starting on the fourteenth hole and about eight holes into their golf game as they are waiting to tee off on the third hole when a gunshot rings out. They hear the urgent conversation from the second green and no further shots, Jill and the team head for the second green. There they find Dr. Doug Easley with a bullet hole between his eyebrows. Dr. Jill Quint, a forensic pathologist, and budding private investigator is enjoying the golf match with her girlfriends. For the past several days, they have visited all of Jill's favorite spots to eat, play, and shop. They also help Jill with her investigation. Jo is a forensic accountant, Marie, a social media detective, and Angela, a photographer and interviewer. Follow Jill and her team as they decipher where the shot rang out from and why. It's a mid-sized town where everyone knows everybody, but do they really?
