This is a children's book about Sophie, who has OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). If OCD is a part of your child's life (either personally or a close family/friend has it), this book helps offer a better understanding of this condition. The aim of this book is to show respect and support to children who feel like they stand out or that their OCD controls their life.




This book is one in a series of children's books on differences. The hope is to reduce the stigma of different conditions and mental health issues through storytelling. Children will be immersed into the worlds of characters who may have the same condition your child is experiencing first-hand or of someone who is close to them.
