Wouldn't it be wonderful if each of us had an answer for all of life's challenges. Wouldn't it be great if Decision came easily, if Beginning a new phase of our journey's was effortless, if the right Words just rolled off our tongues, if Chores were something we looked forward to, if we didn't struggle with perfection and accepted the Reasonable, or if when an anticipated event was rained out we wouldn't find undue fault in the Weather? Wouldn't it be great if these and other life challenges could be met with equanimity?

How can we get to such a place of life balance? Simple solutions to simple (and complex) challenges are certainly one answer. In Dr. Harvey J. Stemming from his personal experience as well as over 35 years serving patients as a cardiologist, Dr. White imaginatively engages the reader to step up and dwell on these challenges.
