This book looks at Zimbabwe from a visionary worldview to look at a future Zimbabwe, and what can be done to tap the potential of using the science of transformation. I found it very fascinating from a leadership program that I undertook for 18 months. I came to realise, that many national planning processes do not follow a scientific process and yet there is a lot of knowledge and models out there. This book was also written to encourage the detachment from old processes that have kept our nation on a functional stasis for decades into a new paradigm. This would fast track its transformation in order to catch up with the rest of the world. This book also highlights the need of an economic vision that is qualified to a clarity that gives it power to attract resources to motivate Zimbabweans. Above all this highlights the possibility of Zimbabwe being a leading economy in African transformation and a prototype for other nations for socioeconomic transformation of Africa by using the standard organizational transformation strategies in the planning of a new Zimbabwe.
