The Unbroken Thread: Biblical Fiction

Meydl is a strong woman but doubts her importance to God. She finds her life in disarray when her husband suddenly dies. She flees her home after hitting her husband's brother over the head. Befriended by a merchant, he helps Meydl sell her sewn garments. Perplexed when her thread continually breaks, she searches for an unbreakable thread. Her life's story is entwined with a question or whether God hears her and finding faith to believe.
