In 2002, Xcelerate Media began operations in a spare bedroom of Bob Mahaffey's house in Dublin, Ohio. The goal was simple. They wanted to provide training solutions that focused on quality. In addition, all solutions were to be offered at a fair price, and delivered in ninety days or less.

Many years later, this same focus drives the business. Today, Xcelerate Media delivers over eight hundred projects per year, with a team of over sixty people, to some of the best organizations in the world.

The XM Way describes the instructional design process used by the team at Xcelerate Media to create customize training solutions. This is a process that has been evolving since 2002 and has been a catalyst in getting that all-important smile of satisfaction on the customer's face.
