To My Sisterfriends: Sisterfriends is a compilation of words of encouragement and empowerment for women of all ages. As women, we have so many experiences in common. Many of us have experienced the excitement of a new relationship, the thrill of becoming a wife, the joys of motherhood, the fulfillment of completing our education and the excitement of success. But we also share the pain of losing a relationship, the agony of loneliness, the shame of past mistakes, the disappointment of lost dreams and the fear of future failure. Many of us board the rollercoaster or should I say treadmill of fixing, controlling, stuffing and binging to solve our problems.
