Five Mirrors, Five Blessings is a timely book for anyone who feels overwhelmed by life events and is struggling to reach their full potential. It is the story of a woman who examines her life in order to figure out why things happened the way they did, and how different people shaped who she is today. The woman is a composite of the many women the author has worked with over the past thirty years and the emotional traumas described are typical for our times. The book is not a replacement for therapy, although the exercises provided in each chapter enable readers to start exploring their own experiences and uncover the lessons they learned through happy and not-so-happy life events.
