This book is a 4-week plan to help us refine ourselves, aid others in need, as well as expand our understanding of one another by learning from and engaging with people we normally would avoid. All with the goal of building a more loving and blissful planet for ourselves and our descendants to live in. Within this book I offer my insight over a 4-week span for personal growth and internal happiness, I provide pages for you to write down your own 4-week plan, and I provide tidbits of personal stories that correlate with some of the topics. After you complete the book, please share it with others so we can create a dialog and learn from one another new ways to better ourselves and the world around us.
