The increasing rate of EHR system implementation in healthcare calls for a group of highly skilled and experienced trainers to help facilitate knowledge transfer to endusers. This book describes the roles and responsibilities of a Principal Trainer, Credentialed Trainer, and Superuser through the phases of EHR training implementation. It also discussed the certification and onboarding process, and how trainers could overcome obstacles and challenges during EHR training.
