As I discovered in my career as an athlete, asking yourself what keeps you locked inside a cage of your own making and breaking free is the key to success.'Out of the Cage' is a narration of my journey from mediocrity to excellence as a football player in the University of Colorado with the help of my talented coach; a story that I share in hopes that it will offer guidance and inspiration to others who aspire to break free from cages such as anger and fear that limit them so they too can achieve self-actualization.
