This collection of confessional poems is the 2nd book published by Calton Brett Duckworth. It is very good---a strong improvement upon the 1st book. Things that were "off-limits" one year ago are now very much on the table. Things like difficult (possibly blasphemous) questions, contradictory themes, deeply personal topics, experimental structures, and more. Everything is laid bare as I try to try to unravel my emotions and my experiences. In that unraveling, beautiful poetry is discovered and polished and displayed. Are they mountains, or merely molehills?
