It gives you the tools needed to not only make new friends but to make deeper friendships that can help you build a better life for yourself by giving you the support each one of us so desperately needs. In this digital age there are fewer and fewer face-to-face interactions. For many, we may be surrounded by people but still feel lonely and isolated. For those who struggle or have no opportunities to meet new people, this study can help to eliminate that struggle. Many of our social issues come from people not knowing or trusting others who are different from themselves. This book was written to intentionally encourage us to celebrate and learn from our differences. This interactive workbook is intended for two or more people to work together through 8 sessions.
