People with special needs require extra support in different areas of their lives: at home, school and in the community. People of support can include parents, caregivers, teachers, medical/clinical staff such as: Family Doctors, Psychologists, members of a behavioural team, Speech and Language Pathologists, along with Occupational Therapists. By observing and assessing a person's behaviour, together with their environmental surroundings, the team can suggest ways to help the person have the best quality of life possible!
