TO MOVE FROM ADDICTION TO FREEDOM, YOU MUST GO ON A JOURNEY. Journal comes from the same root word as journey; thus the purpose of spending time in a journal is to go on a journey. "Dear Father" is your personal 40-day journey designed to spend time with a Holy God. It challenges you to write, reflect, and pray to God in anticipation that He will respond to you about your position (physical) or condition (mental and emotional) well-being. I originally created this for myself as I committed to separate myself from addiction, co-dependency and depression. I chose to spend quality time with my Heavenly Father. I now share it with you.
