Sarah and Greg finally left their fast-paced high pressure lifestyles in downtown Boston and headed for a leisurely life on the peaceful, secluded shores of Tranquility Lake. Remodeling their dream home proves to be a daunting task, but one they tackle with unbrideled enthusiasm. Sarah and Greg become fast friends with their neighbors, and happily immerse themselves in their new-found country culture. Trouble looms large when only months after their arrival in Tranquility Lake, Greg and Sarah discover that the State is threatening to drain their beloved 125-acre lake due to defects in the dam. The plot thickens when the dam owner is found murdered in his pickup on his way home from the local watering hole. Greg and Sarah find themselves embroiled in more intrigue than they bargained for when they moved to a not-so-tranquil Tranquility Lake.
