This may be the most extraordinary transformation program ever done. Why, first we put God first. We will start each day by turning to our first love. By asking the Lord Jesus Christ for grace for our transformation: spirit, soul and body. The focus will not be directly on weight loss but getting rid of emotional triggers, pain, deep hurt, anything that is causing harm and hurt to us spiritually, emotionally, mentally, socially, physically, physiologically, psychologically, relationally and financially. There maybe other areas that are healed during this process as well, therefore not limiting to the list above.
