"He said, she said!" This literary project began with an archaeological dig for quoted statements made by famous people we admire and what they have said or written about the arts. In the effort to mine for pearls of wisdom and witticism, I became acutely aware that we should do more than know the words of our heroes, celebrities and celebrants. In an era of rampant social media and electronic communications galore, this project is an opportunity to get intimate and create a conversation between one's identified notable(s) and his/her quote(s). A dialogue established from the inspiration derived from the quoted statement and the contributor's reaction can bear fruit worthy of further being quoted or addressed by the reader of this publication. An invitation is being delivered for you to open the book, explore its pages either randomly or purposefully seeking out your favorite notable. Be inspired and form your own inner response to either the initial "found" quote, the contributor's reaction, or BOTH! Perhaps you will discover a notable with whom you are unfamiliar, or those with whom you are but you are not familiar with the "found" quote(s), or perhaps you have your own notable or quote not mentioned in this book-whatever may be the case...
