Irrevocable Trust Louis Anthes

This document is my first creation of a complete work of non-fiction since publishing my dissertation in 2003. It contains publicly-available court hearing transcripts, and one mediation agreement summary, arranged in chronological order, all of which took place from October 2015 to June 2016. Together, these records tell the story of my entering into marriage with Jeremiah T. Malumaleumu and of our efforts to obtain an accommodation of our marriage among members of Jeremiah's family, despite neither of us having unclean hands in matters of race, religion, gender and sexuality. The title "Irrevocable Trust" is a legal reference to a scholarship trust we established for Jeremiah's family in 2014 which was finally dissolved by court order in 2016.
