For years Vanessa was in a very public affair with a very married man. When she tells him she is pregnant things change. All of a sudden he accuses her of cheating and lying and a new person emerges in front of her. As a last minute decision Vanessa decides to split town, never to return. Now its four years later and she has to return to attend an event being thrown for her mother. She is terrified because she never told her ex that she had his baby. What is she getting herself into?
