Choosing happiness every single day is hard. Believe me, I know. How do you choose to be happy when you hate your job? Or your marriage is on the brink of divorce? When your kids are out of control? And the rent is due but the funds aren't there? What about when the diagnosis is cancer? How is anyone supposed to remain happy then? It sounds impossible to choose to be happy when life has beaten you down. So the only way to find joy is to look to Jesus and to see that the best is yet to come.
