ESL: LESSONS FOR CHINESE STUDENTS This Level 3 Workbook of 26 pages provides access to 15 interactive videos. The QR graphics allow students to work with the video before completing the written exercises. Students focus their device with the QR Code Reader on any of the red, white and blue ESL graphics in the Workbook. They can study English in their own time, wherever they may be. Many exercises require auditory responses only. This gives the student the opportunity to complete the written answers at a later time. They can work independently or with a friend, reviewing the content as often as needed. The Test, with self-marking answers, is designed to help students to identify their strengths and weaknesses. The videos provide English-Chinese translations of the vocabulary relevant to the lesson plus the necessary instructions. The translations can also be found at the end of the workbook. It includes new verbs, contractions, names, family relationships and introductions. The students participate in role-plays, answer oral questions in sentences, write sentence answers and experience ordering in a restaurant.
