My Brother's Shepherd T N J

This is a fictional story about four boys who grew up in the hood in Hyde Park, Illinois. It took me out of my everyday life and into a life I could easily be right there in the middle of it all. I laughed and cried and sat on the edge of my seat not knowing what was going to happen next. There are parts in this story that actually had me wheezing I was laughing so hard, and when it was crying time, it was weeping. Every emotion was touched in me as I entered the life and humor, loyalty and love, respect and honor each of these had. I found myself enjoying hanging out with them. I was on the streets holding my breath when they did dangerous things and had the tension build not knowing what was going to happen. This story took me to the streets, the jail, and the church. It was one of those books that change your life and make you appreciate life and love and friends. We all need them, we are created for friendship. When you find a good one, or a good three, you have treasures on earth that are priceless.
