We all have issues and to lead the life that God has planned for us, we must deal with our challenges. Victims of crime and others who have faced a crisis have shared their stories. It also includes information on the criminal justice system, coping skills, and safety planning. While the book focuses on negative aspects of life, it progresses to a positive outcome. Betsy Ramsey works in the criminal justice field and shares her spiritual walk. Informative, at times sad, but uplifting. Life can be difficult, but when we walk with the Lord it can be full of joy. We laugh, we cry, we continue on. We must remember that we are only passing through and if we are not healed on earth, we will be healed in heaven.
