Paranormal Investigation Helen Renee Wuorio

NEW updated and expanded version with even greater detail and the latest science/discoveries. Paranormal Investigation and especially Ghost Hunting, have long been regarded as pseudoscience and dismissed as nonsense by closed-minded members of the traditional scientific community. We believe they are wrong to take this approach. Just because they currently cannot detect paranormal phenomena on-demand in a laboratory does not mean that it does not exist. This in and of itself, is an unscientific approach. This book takes a dual approach with an objective look at the wider subject of paranormal investigation, together with a more detailed look at certain critically important aspects. It details in a step-by-step way how to approach any investigation from the planning stage, into the walk-through, and then the post-investigation data analysis and debrief phase. It outlines best practices to be followed, training suggestions for you and your team, and an outline of both what should and should not be done on an investigation. This book also contains several accounts of previously untold paranormal events and encounters that have taken place, and it suggests where to find potentially paranormally active and 'haunted' locations. It also documents a ground-breaking UFO sighting which is extremely rare. This is because before the encounter, and for a completely different purpose, a wide array of scientific testing and measuring equipment had been deployed. This enabled the team to capture lots of hard data and evidence during the encounter. Crucially, two government workers were also present which raised the alert status of the encounter and official follow-up investigation. This book is ideal for those who are new to paranormal investigation and ghost hunting, and also for more experienced investigators who want to learn more about how to apply a critical-path scientific approach. It also contains a special scientific critical path graphic page that can be photocopied for you and your team to work from when devising ghost hunting experiments and when training team members. Perhaps most importantly, the book contains an entire section of information about how to protect yourself from malevolent paranormal entities that could attack or attach to you or your equipment.
