The Eberhart Foundation is filled with excitement to share our knowledge and love of all things edible and healthy. The Eberhart Foundation conducts hands-on cooking experiences where youths learn basic knife techniques, kitchen sanitation, and healthy meal preparation. Most importantly, we encourage and support youths in the transition to a healthy lifestyle. All recipes in this cookbook were prepared by the youth participants during our workshops. Proceeds from this cookbook will support the continuation of our youth culinary workshops throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, purchase of supplies, food, and other items that are needed to conduct the culinary workshops.
