When I close my eyes and think of Mother, I always picture her in her kitchen, maybe cooking cream tuna on Friday or preparing for one of her great parties. She did it with ease and created such great memories for all of us kids. If we were at the bay with 50 there was enough. If we were only five at dinner there was never too much. The pot must have been magic. This collection of recipes are my culinary memories of her, and the traditions they've become.
