The Glory of Marriage is about Christian married couples truly exemplifying God's glory in their marriages. Marriage is not just another human institution, but the one by which God would illustrate the eternal union between Christ and His Church, purchased by His own blood. As the Church has many enemies, so does marriage. This commentary is intended to drive all married couples back to the truths of the Holy Scriptures so that they will not just endure in their marriages, but thrive in their marriages. What is needed is not another collection of opinions about how to glorify God in marriage, but knowledge of what the Designer has said Himself. This commentary focuses on the preeminent marriage passages of Scripture so that married couples can have the much needed guidance every marriage sorely needs in an age in which marriage is not esteemed and honored.
