This book is designed to be a resource for anyone that is looking for personal growth and development. As a honorably discharged combat veteran with severe PTSD I have found that my healing has come from not only helping others heal through their traumas, but also by accepting that my psychological affliction does not define me or my character. My goal with this book is to help anyone that is in the depths of despair and hopelessness realize that there is a point to living and that point is to help one another grow, but before then we must work on ourselves.
