The author is battling an unknown disease, and losing as she follows hauntingly real lucid dreams, hovering on the veil of Death. Through research and dedication she manages to find a Native Shaman in New Mexico who becomes her guide later in life, when her dreams come true and she pursues the highest possible future. 10 Tips and Trips is about her Journey to Find the Force, to overcome her illness and her past to emerge as a Medicine Person years later, and build community in New Mexico. The scientific research and interviews are the thread to tie together her adventures in asking questions about Life and Death, Shamanism and Consciousness, as well as healing her ancestral native heritage.
